You will be working to maintain the kitchen work areas and help keep the front and back of the house operations moving smoothly.
Responsibilities Wash all silverware, plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils.
Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment.
Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior labor-intensive work experience preferred.
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to cleanliness and safety.
Must be fluent in English.
Physical Requirements Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and pushing and/or pulling approximately 50lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to stand during the entire 8-hour shift.
